Moisture intrusion can be another problem, leading to frost formation and reduced thermal performance. High-quality sealing and moisture-resistant barriers are incorporated into modern MLCI systems to mitigate this risk. Regular maintenance and monitoring ensure the insulation continues to operate at peak efficiency.

Overall, addressing these challenges requires a combination of material innovation, precise engineering, and proactive maintenance. Solutions are continually evolving, driven by the demand for more efficient, durable, and adaptable insulation.
