Nonetheless, challenges remain — optimizing fiber dispersion, achieving consistent production quality, and ensuring cost-effective large-scale usage are key focus areas for researchers and manufacturers. Overall, the evolution of basalt fiber and its composite forms is shaping a new generation of structural materials that combine performance, durability and sustainability in a wide range of industrial applications.
