After sewing, the products go through assembly and shaping. Padding is inserted, and the bag structure is finalized. Every piece then enters the inspection process, where inspectors check functionality, durability, and appearance. Defective items are returned for repair or replacement.

The final stage is packaging. Backpacks are folded, labeled, and packed into cartons according to shipping requirements. Factories also offer options such as custom packaging, barcode labeling, or hangtag design.

From raw materials to final packaging, each step is organized to support both small customized batches and larger volume orders.
