Laminated Body Fabrication

Some models may include combination locks instead. During assembly, the locking components are inserted into the laminated body and aligned to ensure smooth and reliable operation.

Finishing and Quality Testing

Once assembled, the padlock undergoes finishing processes such as plating, painting, or coating to improve corrosion resistance and appearance. Each unit is tested for functional performance, including key operation, shackle movement, and resistance to physical stress. This ensures the final product meets durability and security standards.
