Truly bizarre.Cooks' speed would add a lot to the Packers offense, as he'd fit a ton of different roles with his versatility.DK Metcalf, SeahawksIt's difficult to see a world in which the Seahawks trade Metcalf in the conference, but not much of what Seattle has done over the past few seasons has made a load of sense.Metcalf is 24 and has emerged as a premier receiving target and matchup nightmare for the Seahawks since being selected in the second round in 2019. A price on Metcalf would easily sit at a first-round pick of which they conveniently have two and there's also the caveat of having to pay him.The cap is a myth, though, so that'd be no worry for Green Bay.Sign a guy?There are a number of depth guys the Packers could target to fill out the back end:Keelan ColeCole fit well within the Jets offense in 2021 as a rotational piece. Depth is what the Packers could use now with a few question marks at the back end of their WR rotation.Will FullerFuller has dealt with injury i sues throughout his career but the Packers are going to need a vertical threat of some magnitude to replace the departed Marquez Valdes-Scantling.Jarvis LandryLandry's Cleveland career came to a relatively unceremonious end, but he's the type of versatile receiver who could work well within Matt LaFleur's offense. Landry can play both out wide and in the slot.Draft a guy?The Packers have two first-round picks, No. 22 and 28 overall, and there will be plenty of options available:Chris Olave, Ohio StateFor some reason it feels like Olave and the Packers are destined for one another: Maybe that's because the Tier 1 wideouts in the draft will likely be off the board before the Packers pick, or because it's a seamle s fit.Olave has excellent speed and is a polished route-runner, two things that fit well with what the Packers want from their wideouts.Jameson Williams, AlabamaWilliams would have been WR1 of the 2022 NFL Draft cla s had he not torn his ACL late in the college season. Instead, he's something of a wild card among the draft cla s.ACL injuries aren't the death knell that they used to be thanks to modern medical science, but the injury could still push Williams down to one of Green Bay's two first-round picks.Treylon Burks, ArkansasBurks had something of a disappointing combine, but draftniks will tell you that his tape plays much faster than his actual measurements do.Burks is a big, fast, do-it-all receiver who would thrive in the Packers' offense if he falls to either of their picks.
