McGovern might not be on Linderbaum's level, but he's a good center, as evidenced by his grades of 65.2 in run-blocking and 73.4 in pa s-blocking last season, which ranked 20th and sixth among centers. He also didn't give up a single sack and permitted only 14 pre sures. Fortner should do well in free agency, but he should come cheaper than both of the aforementioned centers. Fortner finished one spot behind McGovern in PFF pa s-blocking grade (72.5) and was one spot better in run-blocking grade (65.3).
