Our grounds are designed to give corporate groups different ways to spend their event. You can build a day around sports, water activities, team games, food, or a combination of several options. The goal is simple. Give your group space to get outside, take part in activities, and enjoy time together.

We also understand that an event is not only about the activities. The practical details matter too. Our property includes event support, parking attendants, security, modern restrooms, Wi Fi throughout the property, and ADA accessibility with paved pathways and a golf cart available by request.

Start With Our Pool Complex

The pool complex gives corporate groups another way to enjoy the property during the swimming season. We have four recently renovated heated pools, along with new waterslides and poolside towel service.

The pools are located around a 2,000 square foot patio area with tables and umbrellas. Red Cross certified lifeguards are present, giving your group access to a managed pool environment. The pool complex is available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Spend Time Around the Lakes

Our lake area offers a different pace for corporate groups. Employees can take part in kayaking, pedal boat activities, fishing, and bumper boats with water cannons. Private beach access is also available.

For water activities, life vests are provided with paddles, and certified lifeguards are present on all water activities. These options can add movement and variety to a corporate event without requiring your group to stay in one activity area throughout the day.

Use the Sports Fields and Courts

If your group enjoys friendly competition, our sports areas provide plenty of options. The property includes three soccer fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, a sugar sand beach volleyball court, bocce and horseshoe courts, and Ga Ga courts.

We also have Little Fenway, a scale replica wiffle ball field with a Green Monster. Bats, gloves, bases, and softballs are provided. There is also an 18 hole miniature golf course with clubs, balls, and an attendant, along with a driving range and golf putting green.

Add Activities That Bring Teams Together

A corporate event can be more engaging when employees have activities that encourage participation. Our team building options include kayak relays, bump boat competitions, pedal boat races, basketball, volleyball, and soccer competitions.

Groups can also choose activities such as tug of war, water balloon toss, hula hoop contests, golf putting challenges, lollipop hunts, treasure hunts, and kayak relays. Team Spirit packages can include an interactive DJ, medals for winners, professional staff, group dances, continuous music and activities, and custom signage.

Some groups want to add more intensity to their event. We offer several additional attractions that can be added to a corporate event. These include Spin Zone Bumper Cars, extreme ziplining, a bungee trampoline and rock wall tower, inflatable amusements, a professional go kart track, bumper boats, outdoor laser tag, and other attractions.

The zipline stretches 500 feet over the lake and includes a large outdoor rock climbing wall. The bungee trampoline and rock wall tower provides a 25 foot climbing and bouncing experience. These attractions give groups more ways to customize their day.

Take a Break for Food and Conversation

Activities are only part of a corporate event. Food gives employees a chance to sit down, talk, and recharge. Our standard food service runs continuously for three hours during a five hour event.

The standard menu includes Angus beef hamburgers, cheeseburgers, garden burgers, all beef Sabrett hot dogs, BBQ chicken, baked beans, corn, mac and cheese, fresh salads, beverages, ice cream novelties, watermelon, and freshly baked cookies.

Our kitchen is nut free. Gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, and halal options are available on request. Chef William Towle leads the catering program and trained at Johnson and Wales University.

Know What Support Is Available On Site

Corporate event planning involves more than choosing activities. Arrival, parking, event supervision, and guest needs all require attention. We provide full time security, on site event managers, and parking attendants as part of the event experience.

Our standard package also includes five hours of exclusive use of the resort, a private covered pavilion, poolside towel service, customized full color event flyers, access to the pools, lake activities, and sports complex, plus three hours of continuous food service.
