The Colts and Chargers wrap up Week 16 on Monday Night Football, and while it's not the most expecting matchup, there are still plenty of intriguing options in this single-game DFS player pool. We're going with a Chargers-heavy build for our DraftKings Showdown lineup, but we're "Captaining" a Colt and rounding things out with a value sleeper from Indy.Before we get into our lineup and strategy, here are the key scoring settings for DraftKings Showdown contests: They'refull-point PPR and there arethree-point bonuses for 300 pa sing yards, 100 rushing yards Trey Burke Jersey , and 100 receiving yards. The Captain pick costs 1.5 times a player's original price, but he also gets his point total multiplied by 1.5.MORE DK SHOWDOWN: Captain Tim Hardaway Jr. Jersey (1.5x points, 1.5x salary): RB Deon Jackson, Colts ($11,400)Jackson racked up 14 touches, 56 total yards, and a TD last week despite game script heavily favoring Zack Mo s (24 carries). If Indianapolis falls behind early as we expect, Jackson figures to play more snaps and get more touches. That could result in a bunch of cheap catches, which would be huge in DraftKings' full-point PPR format. L.A. allows the third-most DraftKings points to RBs, so Jackson should have succe s on the ground and through the air. He's a nice "Captain" pivot from the more expensive Chargers.FLEX RB Austin Ekeler, Chargers ($11,000) Fading Ekeler is beyond risky, especially on DraftKings. He almost always finds a way to at least 15 touches, and he's scored in all but two of his past 11 games. He also averaged just a hair under seven catches per game, so he's as bankable as they come regardle s of matchup. Indianapolis allows the seventh-most fantasy points to RBs, making Ekeler is a sure thing.WEEK 17 STANDARD RANKINGS: | | | | | FLEX QB Justin Herbert, Chargers ($10,400) Herbert is the type of high-volume, big-play quarterback who can have succe s in any matchup, so we're not too worried about him against Indianapolis's 10th-ranked pa s defense. He's had three-straight J.J. Barea Jersey 300-yard performances, and even though he's had just two TDs in that span, more will come soon.FLEX WR Keenan Allen, Chargers ($9,800)Over the past three games, Allen has hauled in 26-of-37 targets for 266 yards. Those were all favorable matchups (Raiders, Dolphins, Titans), so he'll have a tougher time against an Indy defense allowing the fifth-fewest DK points to WRs. We still like his chances of piling up catches and po sibly Steve Nash Jersey finding the end zone for the third time since Week 12.WEEK 17 PPR RANKINGS: | | | | | FLEX Los Angeles Chargers D/ST ($4,600) No team allows more fantasy points to D/STs than Indianapolis, and with Nick Foles now under center, we're not expecting a dramatic improvement. Los Angeles hasn Wes Iwundu Jersey 't been the most productive fantasy unit, but it's coming off a four-sack outing and has five takeaways and a D/ST TD in its past four games. The Bolts have plenty of upside in matchups like this.FLEX TE Jelani Woods, Colts ($2,800)Kylen Granson's ankle injury opens the door for Woods to see more targets. Back in Week 12, he hauled in eight-of-nine looks for 98 yards, so he we know he can produce when given the opportunity. L.A. is slightly below average against tight ends, so getting Woods at $2,800 is the perfect way to fill out this stacked lineup.
