Step-by-Step Walkthrough

1. Speak with Bryona

After reaching Tier 4, head back to Cerrigar and find Bryona near the usual seasonal quest area.
Accept the quest and listen to the dialogue. Bryona believes that Astaroth's blood is tainting Horadric relics.
She seeks help from the Druids and Hluttred, the ancient wolf spirit.

2. Find the Shrine of Sacrifice

Leave Cerrigar and head east into the Scosglen wilderness.
The Shrine of Sacrifice is marked by a green quest circle on your map.
You'll encounter enemies along the way-clear them out if needed.

3. Complete the Rite of Sacrifice

Interact with the shrine to begin a ritual event.
You'll likely need to hold off waves of demons or interact with Diablo 4 Items to perform the ritual.
Once completed, Hluttred will appear and guide you to the next step.

4. Follow the Wolf Spirit

You'll now be following a spectral wolf-Hluttred through the forest.
He'll lead you to a corrupted area.

5. Slay the Demons
