The estimated retail value (ERV) of each prize is two hundred U.S. dollars ($200), with a total ERV of three thousand four hundred U.S. dollars ($3,400). Actual retail value (ARV) may vary; any difference between ERV and ARV will not be paid. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no express or implied warranty. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute any prize or prize element with one of comparable or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be accepted as awarded.

Winner responsibilities: All federal, state, local and other taxes, fees, and expenses associated with the acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Release and indemnification: By entering, each entrant agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the sponsor and its affiliated companies from and against any claim, loss, injury or damage arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance, possession or use of any prize.

Sponsor rights and cancellation: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend, or suspend the sweepstakes if viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, epidemics, pandemics, or other causes beyond sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the sweepstakes.
